Demand for Dublin Ranch Homes up 107% Since October ‘07.

Great news for owners of Dublin Ranch homes today – the real estate market is strongly tipping in their favor as demand for Dublin Ranch Homes is up 107% since October, 2007! According to Terradatum, an independent analyzer of real estate data, the demand for Dublin Ranch homes has nearly doubled in the last couple of year. Maybe we can all start to breathe easier… the years of taking a beating on home values seem to be over.

Another interesting stat in the same report is that of the supply of homes have fallen 63% since October 2007 and is around half of what it was in 2008, another indication that we’re heading in the right direction. The above chart shows a steep decline in supply of homes, and also notes a significant up-swing in demand in the last few months.

It’s important to point out that this report is for resale properties (not new construction) in the City of Dublin. It does not include Dublin Ranch Condos or Townhomes.
