Every now and then we get the opportunity to breathe new life into a home, using our combined knowledge and visions to transform it into something truly special. The update of 715 Slater is one such example. The Design and Property Marketing Team at Lifestyle Real Estate Services was able to pull out all of the stops for a top-to-bottom (or rather “roof to tile”) makeover, culminating in some of our best work to date…and we’re confident you’ll feel the same!

From the designer-curated paint plan to the brand new Daltile® subway tile shower surrounds, the look of distressed lumber flooring, the ivory and charcoal-grain bathroom tiles—this home’s updates are honestly too numerous to mention at length. Our ultimate goal was to create something that was both updated and modern, while still feeling warm, grounded and, most importantly, livable.

As such, where a wall once separated it from the family room, we created a refreshingly open space that welcomes interaction. But we didn’t stop there: Brand new Shaker-style cabinetry and a beveled white subway tile backsplash create a gorgeous contrast with the rich, charcoal quartz countertops, resulting in a space that is as practical as it is beautiful.
Stepping outside, we saw a spacious 1/3rd acre lot that is perfect for entertaining.
