More For Less – Whatever Your Needs.
Property Staging (For You and Your Buyer):
Along with being experts in helping buyers and sellers with transactions, real estate marketing, and property management, we at Lifestyle Real Estate Services also pride ourselves on our skill in property staging and design. We pride ourselves not only because we stage well, but because we stage differently.
Let us explain.
Most real estate agents either have a relationship with a staging company who helps the agent sell a listing, or they don’t bother with staging a listing so as to avoid the time, energy and expense involved. Lifestyle Real Estate Services, however, understands that staging a property drastically increases the likelihood that a listing will sell not only faster, but for more money than it would unstaged. According to The Association of Property Scene Designers (renowned for home staging training and certification), on average, staged homes sell for 43% more quickly than unstaged homes. Also, according to a survey of over 3,500 homes taken by Home Staging Resource, (an organization accredited by the Real Estate Staging Association, more than 50% sold for 10% more than the comparable, unstaged homes in the neighborhood. Not only that, but 11% of those homes sold for 15 to 20% more!
By now, you’re probably thinking to yourself, “Okay, that’s great and all, but you said “differently”. What’s could possibly be so different about the way that Lifestyle Real Estate Services does staging?” Well, the first thing that sets us apart from the competition is that we at Lifestyle perform the staging ourselves, instead of hiring a staging company to do the work for us which, in turn, could increase expenses for you. We have a complete staging inventory ranging from interior to exterior furniture, artwork, and everything necessary to make a great first impression with potential buyers. The second thing that Lifestyle Real Estate Services does differently with their staging services is that we don’t charge for our staging services. Yes, you read that right. When you sign a listing agreement with us, we do everything we can to get your property sold for the highest price in the shortest amount of time possible, including the staging services, and our expenses are covered by our commission when your home sells. If we don’t do our job correctly and your home doesn’t sell, then we don’t get paid. It’s that simple. We’re confident in our skills, though, and that’s why we’re willing to take that risk. Of course, not every staging job comes from a property being listed for sale – In those cases, we may not be free, but we do offer extremely competitive rates.

Why Should I Stage My Listing?
- Staged homes show better and are more visually appealing to buyers. Buyers can easily imagine living there as they’re touring the house.
- It makes a home look clean, well-maintained, contemporary rather than dated, and in tip-top shape.
- Empty closets, cabinets, and rooms look bigger and roomier; having few objects in place gives buyers a better overall idea of dimensions.
- Staged homes have better curb appeal and create better first impressions.
- Staging a home reveals any repairs that may be needed and avoids shocks or costly repairs when the home inspection is done.
- Buying a home is an emotional event; a well-staged home appeals to sight, sound, touch and smell in positive ways.
- Staging a home provides a memory hook for buyers. They might remember staging in your home long after they’ve forgotten other homes they viewed.
