A Custom-Built Masterpiece in the Gorgeous Discovery Bay Country Club.

About 1011 St. Andrews Drive

It isn’t every day that Lifestyle Real Estate Services has the opportunity to work on a custom-built house as beautiful as 1011 St. Andrews Drive. Located with a view of the 10th hole at the illustrious Discovery Bay Country Club, and boasting more amenities and upgrades than we could ever hope to list in a single brochure, we’re confident that you’ll fall in love with this home the moment you see it.

Presented with a stunning blend of traditional and contemporary architecture, this is a home for somebody who can truly appreciate luxury. From the engineered Brazilian cherrywood flooring to the dramatic 14’ vaulted ceilings illuminated by designer-curated lighting in oil-rubbed bronze, every square inch is equipped to impress. That’s why you’ll find an extensive wet bar with wine fridge, custom media cabinetry, and a floor-to-ceiling gas replace in the living room, a lavish 48” Subzero® refrigerator and lighted walk-in pantry in the kitchen, and a custom jetted-tub and spacious walk-in closet in the master suite.

And wherever you look, there’s a degree of polish and attention to detail where other homes simply can’t compare — whether it’s the base-mounted heat circulator that warms the pool more evenly than other models or the in-floor electric outlets that do away with unsightly extension cords, unparalleled consideration and attention to detail has been put into every aspect of this property. The result is a home that is nothing short of spectacular.

Featured Furniture Designers

Yours and Mine Design is the merging of two creative personalities — Mikael Estrada and Kevin Dickson. Their goal is to work with clients to create functional, creative art that represents an individual client’s lifestyle and personality. Between Mike’s rustic & industrial approach and Kevin’s modern & Japanese-inspired approach, the two of them have a scope of work unparalleled by most furniture designers. Both Kevin and Mikael bring a different perspective, design-wise, to their projects, while both have an appreciation for simplicity and refined design.

The most important thing to consider when starting a project is how we’re going to create a product that will not only be high quality, but also long-lasting. We want to create pieces that our clients will want to hand down from generation to generation. With that in mind, we both take our talent of working with different types of materials and mediums in order to create pieces that our customers will not only fall in love with, but appreciate for generations to come.

Yours and Mine Design is excited to present this exquisitely crafted dining table for purchase. The legs and outer rim of the dining table are German Pine reclaimed from shipping crates used to deliver glass panels for Apple, Inc.’s new headquarters building in Cupertino. The center of the table, which is slightly more reddish in color) is 85+ year old Douglas Fir, reclaimed from a building in Downtown Berkeley.
